High Revving on Tickover

Started my bike for the first time in 11 years and on tickover its revving fairly high even with the adjustment backed right off !! any ideas please !!

If the carbs had fuel in them when it was laid up chances are the slides are sticky and not closing fully. The 650 restoration im doing had to have the carb bodies soaking in carb cleaner for a couple of days before i could shift the slides at all.

Air leak on the manifolds? push pull cables not adjusted right?
