I want to flush the engine out. I've had the sump off and clean as much as possible but whats the best way to do it. Cheap oil for a few miles then change it ??.

if you have removed the sump & cleaned the oil pump strainer thats just about it don't bother with flushing oil

If you really want to flush it then Yes! cheap 10/40 , get it really hot and drop it asap before it cools.
