Side panel locations for Z900A4
Want to re attach side panels on a project based on a Z900A4. Want to make sure they line up in the right place. Does any have or can someone provide detailed pictures diagrammes showing relationship with top frame rails and other key body work like the tank. Thanks

Re: Side panel locations for Z900A4
I'm pretty sure Z1000 A1 and A2 are exactly the same? That may or may not help...

Do you already have the side panels?

Hi peeps
Z900/Z1000 left hand are the same. https://www.z-power.co.uk/merchantmanag ... cts_id=187
Right hand are different, but don't know if it is the lugs in a different position or if the panel is a different size/shape.
Z900. https://www.z-power.co.uk/merchantmanag ... cts_id=188
Z1000. https://www.z-power.co.uk/merchantmanag ... cts_id=189
On the Z1000 the bottom lug appearsto be a lot more visible.
Hopefully somebody has a comparison.
Cheers Gus

If you need panels contact Jerry as he sells the same as Z-Power for £25 each to PUMs.

You're welcome to come and take a picture/measure of mine if you want I'm in Netley Abbey, as Gus has said the the A1/A2 right hand side panel is different having a lower bottom lug.

Thanks to all, I have panels from Jerry
Have been looking at the pictures in the projects section but not enough detail to see enough reference points to make a decision.
Steve thanks for the offer. may PM you to take you up on your offer to pop over and take some measurements and pictures. Thanks is your bike a Z900A4 as there appears to be some slight differences

Freddy, I can definitely wait until the weekend I have waited much longer to bite the bullet and finally try to tidy up the project. Really appreciate your support. Thanks

ps the side panels etc supplied by jerry from LPM are great, I've recently asked for some more parts off jerry myself.

Yes Lee, my bike is an Z900A4 I've got an Z1000A2 frame here as well. The Z1000 lower right lug is lower by about 40mm and also further forward by the same or more due to the rear master cylinder on the Z1000.
