As above does anyone know the thread pitch of the 10mm foot rest studs on a z900. As I have just had the frame powder coated and need to clean them out, also where can I get a suitable tap from without paying a fortune for something I will use once in a blue moon.

top man £2.50 a tap sounds sweet to me. are you sure the pitch is 1.25 before i commit.

Yep. Just tried them up against a 10mm Cap screw that I have fitted into a Z650 frame hole for the footrests
