I'm look at the wossner 1075 kit for a z1000 Build . Having used wossner pistons in two stroke build I am impressed by quality ... anyone got experience with kit or 1075 kits in general ??

Haven't used or know anyone who has used the Wossner pistons in a Z9 or Z1000.
The popular trusted choice is Wiseco followed closely by MTC and the Wossner kits don't look any cheaper than Wiseco etc and also don't appear to include a head and base gasket as the Wiseco and MTC do for the same sort of price.
1075cc is a common choice ( I have 5 zeds on 1075 ) and the 10.25 to 1 compression does give a good increase in performance however if your engine is still on the 70mm stock bore I would recommend only going the one size up to 71 mm at 1045cc as each size up only gives an average increase of 30cc and there's very little noticeable performance gain between them.
You also waste a bore size going straight to 1075 and the next option before the liners are toast is 73mm at 1105cc but this leave the liners on the thin size which can cause premature ring wear, oil useage and the risk of liner spigot cracking especially when used hard.

Thats great adviceassuming I go with the wiseco and 71mm bore...can you run that safely on the standard crank or does it require and bottom end work ?

Welding the crank is a good option for future proofing the motor whilst it's apart if you plan on going very big on power but if truth be told you don't really have too much chance of twisting or breaking it on the road unless you plan on doing some sprinting or give it some very serious abuse.

I bought some 71mm Wossner pistons from Suzuki performance for my Z9 motor with the a thou block, quality seemed good, can't remember the price as I bought other stuff as well, was cheaper than Grumpy and easier than importing and very easy to deal with
