Starter Motor Harness

Good Morning,
Could someone advise if both the Stator Harness (Blue Plug) and the Starter motor harness should both run through the 2 hooks that are welded to the bottom of the Air box Support Plate (Stay-Air cleaner).
Or is just the one with the blue plug.

they both route under the air cleaner bracket one clip secures the alternator harness the other is the starter lead
