My bike is ready for its mot, but the powder coating is covering the head stock. I cant find the frame number, does any one no where frame number is located?

Usually the left hand side of the headstock when sat on the bike.

I have aiready scraped some paint off left hand side and found made in japan .i have posted photo in project section

Yes! Frame number should be on the same line but lower down towards the bottom yoke.
