They look like Akront rims with the front mudguard mounts shaved to take the wider rim, hagon shox, guillari seat, tail tidy, metacheck s/arm? Nice, needs rear sets to make it really nice.

You got it, The Hagon shocks are pretty crap, not sure whether to get a set of Metamachet reconditioned that I have or buy some Ohlins or similar

That is so cool. My mate had one like that back in the 80's, but it got written off so I bought the wreck and rebuilt it as a Magnum II (see pic). I've had the original rear hub in my garage for 30 odd years and am now going to use it in my A1 rebuild (because the Z1000-A1 I bought in bits has got Italian cast wheels and I want spokes).
2006 Bonneville T100 (lightly customised) and Z1000-A1 (nearly finished!!!)
