There's not been a lot of activity on the Rally thread in "Meetings and Events", so as I've put in a bit o work organising this years rally to make up for the demise of Yorkshire and South West rallies due to twatty t**t venue owners being greedy or our case obnoxious to those shovelling money over their bar.
This isn't necessarily a permanent event and may go back to the status of one night rally that's not a rally in future years, particularly if Hobbo and myself can get new venues for our rallies. Then again it may be that you're all too old for having a good time
CB and myself hope to see as many of our Zed riding friends there as possible

Ralph
As much as you have put in time for this I do believe some will or are giving it a miss since it had been turned into a rally and stepping on some toes but yes it is a good idea in my book but maybe not in others. If weather is ok Sandie and I may make it for the sat only

I'll be there as usual - hopefully riding in with some other usual faces Jude, Bob, Bobs brother and Helder (KTM guy) - providing my Z1000 doesn't decide to start pissing fuel out a couple of carbs like it did when I collected from the MoT on Friday had them off yesterday for a clear out and seem ok now .
Ralph you're right about the number of Zs dropping away over recent years and not just Zeds, some times if it wasn't for Jude's group (Bob, his brother, Kate, Matt, etc) the event would be very thin on numbers

Re: Lower Lode Rally
I'm looking forward to it. Got a new set of tyres for the Widow Shaker.
Re: Lower Lode Rally
Ralphy - you & CB are doing a fine job.... it's a free world and there are no limits on what/how/when the Z1OC can organize an event!!!
If Ian (or anyone else) has a problem - that's just tough..... our Z1OC is the original item and it's all done in the "best possible taste!
You can please all the people some of the time....
More events just give us all more choice.

Great to meet up with you guys at Lower Lode, even if Ross was a bit late due to his Z400 breaking down
Great ride back for me.... - looking forward to next time. Ride safe.
