Does anyone know if there is a standard Kawasaki MANUAL fuel tap with single outlet that is a straight fit/replacement to the standard vacuum type?

Not that I know of. You can get a Pingle tap that fits I believe.

You could get a Kawasaki Z1R fuel tap (which is a single outlet) and a pinger fuel tap adapter plate.
