Hi folks,
So a while back I picked up a JMC deep braced swing arm for my GPZ1100 B1.
It’s a steel one, not ally.
The JMC has taper bearings where the original one has needle roller bearings.
After a google I can see you can get taper bearings for some swing arms.
How’s this gonna work ?
If I tighten the swing arm bolt to the recommended torque won’t it be too tight for the taper bearings ?

Re: Tapered swing arm bearings
no the spacer between the two bearings determine the preload on the bearings
Re: Tapered swing arm bearings
