Hello there,
Well, I've never posted anything, ever, anywhere so this might be a picture of my Z1000 MK II (A4) which I bought back in '81 and appears to be a keeper.
Stay safe all and Seeya On The Road (One day...)

Both been keys are delish
It's great that you have owned the Mk2 for so long-bought when they were the big dog first time round
Have you had it painted in the US colours- the pinstriping being different to UK spec bikes that is have seen over the years
Happy riding when you can

Re: Picture of an Old Zed
Hello there Reecy,
Yeah, I'd owned the MK II for a decade or so and fancied a bit of a change but nothing as radical as a different Bike.
I really like the look of the 1980 US colour scheme (plus Sir Ted Lawson rode one like it!) so my Missus had it sprayed for me as a birthday gift.
Thanks for you interest .
Cheers

the differences between a little boy and an adult man is the price and size of their toys!
Re: Picture of an Old Zedt
Hello Philippe,
Thankyou, like all of us, I'm very fond of me ol' Zeds which are being polished to within an inch (Centimetre?) of their lives during Lockdown.
I'm currently fettling a Z1000 Ltd (B2) which will share garage space with them and maybe even get ridden in 2021?
Stay safe mate,
Rick
