Front brake hose splitter thingy fitting (1000-A1)

#1 PostAuthor: TiBolts » Fri Apr 23, 2021 9:21 pm

Hi guys

Putting my Zed back together and I have the splitter thingy that mounts on the bottom yoke and carries the front brake light switch and has three holes whrere the brake hoses attach. But because I got the bike in bits I'm not sure about it because I assumed it would just bolt straight on to the yoke but the parts book shows two collars where the M6 bolts go through - it's not clearly shown in the manual either. I don't think I have those spacers - anyone got the dimensions for those (assuming I need them)? What purpose do they serve?
Cheers

Hi TB

I've seen those spacers on the parts diagram (CMS.NL) too but I don't remember putting them there...
If the holes in the splitter are not too wide, just forget them.

Thanks Philippe. Yes, to me it looks like it should just bolt straight on with two M6x45 bolts.
