I have an option on a '78 Z650.
It is very rough but appears intact except, not surprisingly for the original exhaust and shocks. Chrome is all delaminated and the casings are all white. I would need advice before committing to it.
Are there any good resources out there. I don't really do FB and didn't come across any obvious 650 sites other than for the modern one after a quick search. Any advice welcome!

Main one in UK is https://z650.proboards.com/threads/recent
There's a few Z1OC members on there you'll recognise.
Also https://kzrider.com/forum for info and general help if needed.
For parts, all the usual culprits and proboards members stash.

Any probs give me a shout. Into my 46th year of 650 ownership. Still have the b1 I bought new in 77 and have restored loads of b1's. I have a few bits n Bob laying around but they'll be pretty rough also.

Don’t suppose you have a spare plastic tool tray to sell for the B1?
Don't think so but will have a route through the bit n bobs boxes. Think there was someone on fb 3d printing them. It was a while ago that I saw it so might take some finding with the clunky way fb works.
This one on fleabay from US so postage is STOOOOOPID.
