I've managed to make up a toolkit.
Does anyone have an owners manual they'd sell? Not looking for anything mint, tatty will suit the patina of the bike.

Cheers

I've got a replica one somewhere if it's of interest?

Thanks but I'm looking for an original one ideally. But a tatty repro might do.

The bike was finally ready to ride. It did have a bit of a weep from the cam tunnel o-ring...
First ride out and it was badly leaking from there by the time I got home.
So, I decided I'd get the head off to replace the o-ring;
The two inner, front head nuts were not very tight and felt funny when taking them off. :roll:
Anyway, once the head was off I found that the two inner, front studs were about 7mm lower into the cases than they should be and the threads were stripped. This is because there was only about 2 threads worth of stud available for the nut to screw onto.
The whole of the the o-ring groove was full of blue sealant.

So I have pushed the bike into the back of the basement until I can bothered to get those two studs out and replace them..
