can't get in the z1 owners club members area ?

for some reason i can't get in the z1 owners club members area. but i am a fully paid up member. i have just joined a couple of weeks ago ??

Logging out and in again normally sorts it but if not message one of the admins

Going forward a more efficient method would have been to email Admin :up
