Hi All
Any one looking to part with a Z1B, not a project, and ready to ride
I'm looking for a Z1b, must be clean, it will be used and cherished, not a concourse show bike
sensible money waiting
What have you got ?
Thanks MM

Mate has this sat in his shed. Says he wants £17.5k for it.
Maybe why it's still in his shed

Buzzworx and smethurst engine. Runs perfectly with Dyna.
Last person I put onto him was about 12 months ago but I'm not sure he's aware of the current climate re values.
How much have you to spend. Don't want to waste his or your time.

I've got £10+ for the right bike, I don't want to go crazy, I no longer think these are a shore fire investments,
All the classics sixties and seventies cars and bikes prices are on the slide, the glory days are over
I could also px my H1500 ?

Think you'll struggle to find even a ropey B for 10k ish.
A = £13-16k, B= £12 - 15k at the moment. And that's an unknown quantity for engine condition. You can easily spend 1k + just to get it "satisfactory".
I had another mate that paid £16k for a B from a Z specialist shop up north. In the first 12 months they had back for repair 10 of those 12 months. He got disallusioned with them eventually and gave it to me and it took me 3 days to trace and correct all there fuck ups.
Only thing I would say about the bike I pictured is everything, and I mean everything, is sorted and correct. He won't even consider a 10k offer for it though so if that's the sort of figure your looking at it's definately not the bike for you.

I did say £10+ ie upwards of 10, having said that, it’s probably not the one for me
