Head Gaskets
Hi all, any feedback on the Z Power pattern head gaskets? are they ok? I have a genuine O ring but being tight there is a massive difference in the cost of genuine and pattern gaskets.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Head Gaskets
I've found their pattern gaskets sets to be garbage in recent years.
I'ev always found Vesrah to be much better.

152 views and one person has replied, I dont see the point of bothering on this forum or club anymore, I have tried to get help a few times and no replies. I'm pleased other marques owners clubs and forums are not like this one. what a waste of time.

I participate in a number of different forums for the different bikes I own and I find this one to be one of the best for help and advice. Having never purchased the pattern gasket sets in question, I for one am unable to comment on the quality. Maybe you should purchase the gaskets and form your own opinion and then you could share it with those of us who don’t know the answer to your question which is why we’ve been unable to help you.
Re: Head Gaskets
Always thought this Forum was a helpful informative one sorry we couldn't answer your question fast enough
I buy my Gasket Sets from CRUZINIMAGE.NET and find them good quality good prices and fast delivery from Japan.

So you get a magazine and a forum for £12 renewal… you think that’s bad value? Also the magazine is full of contact phone numbers lots of helpful people willing to give advice the old fashioned way.

Maybe the early Gen Z's are riding vintage bikes now.

Re: Head Gaskets
Any gasket is garbage if you dont prepare the mating surfaces correctly, and if you call Z Power and speak to them they will guide through the maze and assist in any way they can

I actually had attempted to reply, praising the vertues of a Cometic Head and cam cover gasket I got recently for a 1100A2, when the phone rang and I put down the ipad and forgot to finish! That was 2 or 3 nights ago! I read you comment and went looking for my reply to discover I hadn't posted it!
