Z1B Rear wheel and other parts
Finally trying to restore some originality to my Z1B that I've owned for nigh on 40 years which a previous owner had fitted alloys, 4 into 1 and pods
. I have an original front wheel and can source pattern pipes and air box if I can't find originals. What I'm really stumped with is sourcing a rear wheel (or possibly a hub for building with a pattern rim).

Hi Freebird,
I might be able to help you with this as I have a rear wheel hub. It differs from most Z1 hubs in that the holes for securing the cush drive rubbers are in the middle of the 6 sections rather than on one side. Apparently, these were fitted to H2s and some Z1s and I've seen pictures of this version in original 1970s workshop manuals. Other members may be able to comment on this. I have the matching cush drive rubbers to go with it. The hub has been blasted and polished and the braking surface is in good condition, but it will need a new set of bearings. Let me know if you're interested.

Hi Nick, thanks for the post but it's a hub I really looking for which are like rocking horse manure. Don't really want to buy a rim in advance just in case a complete wheel comes up - ha ha. Nige
