Took my Z1 there in 2006. Great race, great weather, made even more exciting when me and my mates had a wee bet on who would win. I chose Edwards and my mate's took Hayden and of course Rossi. Edwards runs the race from the 3rd on grid, but runs wide over the last chicane to give Hayden the win. Bastard. Rossi was no where (8th) as he had fractured a wrist in practice. Great event and local town has good pre race fair with bars/street performers.band playing on Friday night...race is of course on a Saturday. Also spend time in Groningen watching world cup footi after the TT. Travelled over on the Newcastle-Amsterdam (Injmuden) ferry and went up north via the waddenzee causeway. smart route and a good alternative to the boring m.ways.
Have a good time.
