LADS IS IT POSSIBLE TO STRIP DOWN HAGON STANDARD ROAD REAR SHOCKS ?I`VE A NEW PAIR ON THE Z1R BUT THEY IN CROME AND I REALLY NEED THEM TO BE BLACK AS YOU KNOW,SO CAN IT BE DONE AND HOW IF ANY ONE KNOWS PLEASE,I`M WELL INTO THE STRIP DOWN AT THE PREZ .

Heres my Z1r with the correct Hagons on, might be worth you selling yours and getting some of these, I have now striped of the sticker and they look almost the same as the original items

Hi taillift the previos snap was taken about 5 years prior to mild resto, all paintwork has been replaced with nos and is now correct, and original exhaust has been fitted together with lots of re zinc done.

heres a pic of me with the Z1R D1 from 1978 when I brought it back in Aug 78 on H.P. I was 20 and made up!!
Smaller tank standard on S reg and T reg machines
The bigger tanks only came out after stick about the limited range, you could take your old one in and they would exchange it for you!
lower snap is of me 50 and 10 stone heavier at the Bucks rally
