Check the voltage in the battery. If it is not 12.8volts or more, the battery needs charging.
Why do I persist in debating with idiots ? I really should know better :)

Have you checked all the fuses, not just visually?
if you out a thick screwdriver across the solenoid terminals does it spin over then?

If its "clicking" power is getting to the solenoid - but maybe not enuff available for the starter motor.

As mentioned, check battery voltage/condition. Put lights on then try starter - see if they dim a lot.

Check starter main power lead connections too :!:
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

IF THE BIKE USE TO START WITH NO TROUBLE I WOULD CLEAN ALL BATTERY TERMINALS AND EARTH LEADS AND CHECK BATTERY LEVEL IS CORRECT AND FULLY CHARGED .SOUND LIKE IF THE BIKE HAS BEEN SITTING OVER THE WINTER AND NOT STARTED YOU MIGHT NEED A NEW BATTERY IF ITS NOT BEEN KEPT CHARGE OVER THE WINTER
