Steve,
Your comments are much appreciated..... Thank you!
Been chipping away at a few of the smaller details;
Oil lines plumed with AN-8 'Stealth' fittings. These then required a low profile breather.
Fitted with another AN-8 fitting, ready for the breather hose (which is another story in itself... more of that later).

Began plumbing the brakes with home made lines.
First off, source some old lines with stainless banjo's.
A few minutes later I've got some 'good as new' fittings.
Next job is to cut the new line to length. My preferred method is to wrap it with masking tape, then cut through with a Dremel. The important thing is to leave the cut as clean as possible.
I cut around 6mm of the outer sheath off.
I also opened up the nuts by 0.10mm so they'd clear the outer sheath.
Next, slide the nut over & 'open up' the stainless braid.
Slide on a new olive & give it a tap, so it fits snugly on the inner liner.
Push in the banjo & screw the whole assembly together using a little copperslip.
Job done!

Brakes are now all plumbed in, as much as I'd like to bleed them, I'll wait until the wheels & mudguard come back from Hutchy, as I may need to shorten the line between the front calipers & I won't know for sure until the front muddy is fitted.
Whilst trying to jack up the front of the bike to extend the forks fully to get the brake line length correct, I had a near disaster
The height adjusters on the Micron stands, twisted with the bike almost falling of the lift......... The titanium exhaust would have been the first thing to hit the 'toaster'.
Disaster averted, I have upgraded my stands, the rear is very solid, the front is OK, but not as beefy as the rear.
Offending stands are now going begging...... First person to buy me a pint at Stafford next Saturday afternoon can have them.
Looked hi & low for me Kosman clutch/sprocket outrigger. Eventually found it. I had the machined recesses polished by Mikey, then powdercoated by Nick at Griffs. Not sure if I should have had it all black, with just the Kosman polished. It'll go on as it is for now. Rebuilt it with the original (non metric) fasteners, black zinced by Mikey. Then fitted a PMC 'easy clutch' which is the same as fitted to Unitac's, making the clutch action much lighter & smoother, compared to the 'spiral' type mechanisms originally fitted.
A Hydraulic clutch ws the original plan, but there just wasn't enough meat on the outrigger to remove.

The Micron stands are similar to the Aldi ones I have, same thing happened to me. There not man enough for a larger bike but are ok for my 250 two strokes. Bought a Harris front stand and had it shipped over with the bike, just can't suss out how it works
will have another look when the bike comes back from the engineers.
