Z1 Seat

#1 PostAuthor: wheelysteve » Fri Nov 06, 2015 7:26 pm

I know that there is a difference between seat cover design on 73-75 Z1's and Z900/Z1000's, but are the seat bases and foam the same?

If there are differences, can a Z900/1000 seat be modded to fit a Z1?

They can be modded :!:

Main difference is the seat catch / lock

So the seat base holes and hinge positions are identical?

Seat bases are very similar. The hinge position is identical.
However the mounting bolt fixing nuts for the seat catch / hoop are in different position. But is relatively easy to add new mounting nuts in correct place.
