A few jobs just to finish yet, awaiting a new top idler and some shimming gear etc, head returned from Buzzard and put on at the weekend ( sterling job ).
New set of pipes, Seat, paintwork ready to go on as soon as I've finished and hopefully up and running[/attachment]

Well finally done. Its took around 12 months from start to finish, but well chuffed with the way its turned out.
Just a few bits to get yet but it shouldnt get in the way of an Mot.
Big thanks to everyone on here with their help and advice, the knowledge on here is invaluable for a first timer Z9 build.
There's an ever so slight ticking around the no4 exhaust area, not sure what it might be yet but im going to let everything bed in first before i get to nosey.

Wouldn't panic about the "ticking".... get a few miles under your belt, re-torque & check clearances then see how she is
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

That is superb, excellent job you have done there. Love the wire wheels and the twin disc arrangement makes it look really balanced....
