Z1000ST head? Can I use it on an A1?

#1 PostAuthor: RussG » Thu Jan 28, 2021 1:46 pm

Hi,
I have this head with some extra bits on (see ringed features in pic), is it from an ST? Wondering what they do and if I can fit it to an A1? Assuming I will need a matching cam cover if so?

Cheers Russ

That will fit any 903/1015 motor.
Those four holes are for US emissions and simply need tapping M10 and plugging with grub screws .
Any round or square style cover will fit once they are plugged or find a matching emissions cover that has the tabs to cover those holes.

I have a cover with the tabs if you need to buy one, square ends.
