Does any one know the STD exhaust valve size on a z1100r GPZ1100a2 ?

32.5mm on the bathtub heads.

if i check mine at the largest point they are 32.9 mm so 33mm do you think they are oversized ?

Yes! 33mm.
0.5mm oversize valve.
